OMB Hosts Second Candidates Forum

The Olympia Master Builders (OMB) in cooperation with Thurston County Television (TCTV) hosted a candidate forum for the candidates vying for two of the three County Commissioner positions in Thurston County.

Both The Affordable Housing Council (TAHC) endorsed candidates, Robin Edmondson and Judy Wilson, participated as well as their opponents, Sandra Romero and Cathy Wolfe. Will Stakelin, OMB's Government Affairs Director, was the moderator.

Candidates were asked questions regarding issues ranging from their definition of property rights to how they would handle the budget shortfall currently facing the County.  Their answers proved insightful and allowed voters to be better informed as they filled out their ballots this general election.

OMB thanks the candidates for their time and energy as well as Will for his preparation and insightful questions.
