Contractor's Referral Service
With spring right around the corner, homeowners are starting to think about remodeling. Many potential customers who are looking in the phone book for a contractor or remodeler call the OMB Contractors' Referral Service (CRS) first to get the names of reputable contractors and remodelers to work on their homes.
Now is a great time to join the CRS. When you join the CRS you will also be apart of the Remodelers' Council. Members of the council enjoy the benefits of participating in Rebuilding Together Thurston County and the Remodeling in Excellence (REX) Awards, plus you can participate in booth space at the OMB Big Home and Garden Show. The Contractors' Referral Service dues also include the option of being listed in two referral sub-categories. The council approved list of sub-categories consists of:

- Garages/Outbuildings/ Pole Buildings/Barns
- Gutters
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Septic
- Siding
- Excavating
- Insurance Work
- Handyman/Small Jobs
- Landscaping
Contractors and remodelers who take advantage of the CRS are seeing more business and making more money.
