OMB Offers Members Savings on Health Insurance

Olympia Master Builders (OMB) offers members health insurance through the Building Industry Association of Washington's (BIAW) Health Insurance program.  How long has it been since you shopped for health insurance for your employees?  Now is a good time! 

There are several bonuses to using the Health Insurance Benefit offered through your OMB membership: 

* The BIAW Health Insurance Program is able to negotiate rates below the standard because it is the largest group health insurance association in the Pacific Northwest.  Historically, this plan has shown a 10-20% cost savings for direct purchase plans. 

* EPK & Associates, BIAW's Health Insurance Program Administrator, is set up to answer your billing and eligibility questions as they come up.  The customer service team provides employees with accurate answers to benefit and claims questions.  If you need help communicating the Health Insurance Program benefits to your employees, EPK & Associates can do that too!
 
* Our health insurance program has two well known carriers; Regence BlueShield and Group Health.  Through these two carriers, the program can offer a variety of medical plans.  If you have more than ten employees you can offer your employees a choice between the two plans.  

* Regence Life and Health also provides a $25,000 life insurance benefit for each employee enrolled on a medical plan. 

* Dental and Vision plans are also offered through Regence BlueShield.
