To receive a Built Green® certification, Habitat For Humanity of Mason County utilized the programs established rating system, incorporating Built Green® building principles from start to finish.  The program has 5 levels, all of which are verified by an outside, third party, Built Green® verifier.  Level 5 is the highest level a builder can achieve. OMB’s Built Green® program focuses on, providing greater energy efficiency, reducing pollution, healthier indoor air, reduction of water usage and the preservation of natural resources.
