“A Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming OMB as an Additional Insured, is required of all vendors. Click here to see a sample document with the required phrasing. Share this with your insurance agent. If you are unable to obtain this Certificate, OMB can offer short term event insurance for $75. This short term coverage is the only substitution allowed in lieu of a Certificate of Liability Insurance, and is valid for one show’s coverage only. If you choose to take advantage of the $75 short term coverage, this coverage must be purchased for each show you participate in.”
